In the app: open More, tap Delete account, then confirm.
By email: write to support@autonomerlyai.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account.
Within 30 days we remove your account and your data from our production systems, including your profile, your AI conversations and your inspection photos and video. We email you when it's done.
We keep limited records only where we must, to meet legal, tax or security obligations or to resolve disputes. Encrypted backups age out on their own rolling schedule. If you work for a company on Autonomerly, records that belong to that company stay with it. See the privacy policy.
