Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

This policy explains what Autonomerly AI ("Autonomerly", "we", "us", "our") collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It covers this website (autonomerlyai.com) and the Autonomerly application (app.autonomerlyai.com), together with the AI teammates, portals, inspections, voice, and automation features we provide (the "Service").

The short version

  • Your portfolio data stays yours. Properties, tenants, leases, ledgers, call recordings, and inspection media are encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated to your account.
  • We never use your data to train shared or public AI models. AI features operate on your data only, for your account.
  • We never sell your personal information and never share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. No data brokers, no list rental.
  • You stay in control. Export everything in one click, and ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

The Service is operated by Autonomerly AI Group Inc, a Delaware corporation, based in Wilmington, Delaware, USA. For any privacy question, request, or complaint, contact us at support@autonomerlyai.com, through in-app Help & Support, or by replying to any email we've sent you. If we are required to have a Data Protection Officer or EU/UK representative, their details will appear here.

2. Our two roles: controller and processor

Because Autonomerly is a business tool, it's important to understand who decides how personal data is handled:

Where you act as controller, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and share your contacts' data with us and for giving them any notices the law requires.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

Information we collect automatically

Information from third parties

4. How and why we use information

We use information to:

Legal bases (EEA/UK). Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies and we are the controller, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you signed up for); legitimate interests (to secure, support, and improve the Service and to run first-party analytics, balanced against your rights); consent (for non-essential cookies, advertising tags, and optional marketing, which you can withdraw); and legal obligation (for tax, accounting, and compliance).

5. AI features and your data

Autonomerly's teammates and tools use artificial intelligence to draft messages, summarise documents, triage maintenance, screen applicants, analyse inspections, and hold voice conversations. When these run:

6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser and use any consent controls we present. We honour recognised opt-out signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where legally required. Blocking non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to use the core application.

7. How we share information (subprocessors)

We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, each under contract and only with what they need for their function. We do not sell personal information. Our current categories of subprocessors are:

Purpose Provider(s)
Cloud hosting & storageAmazon Web Services and our managed database infrastructure
AI modelsAmazon Bedrock (hosted foundation models)
PaymentsStripe
Transactional emailBrevo
Telephony & messagingTwilio
Voice AIElevenLabs
3D tours & captureMatterport
Website analytics & advertising (when enabled)Google, Meta, TikTok

We may also disclose information to comply with law or a lawful request, to enforce our agreements, to protect the rights, safety, and property of anyone, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will require the recipient to honour this policy). An up-to-date subprocessor list is available on request.

8. International data transfers

We and our subprocessors may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, the UK, or another region with transfer rules, we use an approved safeguard - such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) - to protect it. Contact us for details of the safeguards that apply.

9. How long we keep information

We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Service. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your data from production systems within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, tax, or security obligations, or to resolve disputes. Encrypted backups age out on their own rolling schedule. Where we act as your processor, we return or delete your contacts' data on your instruction as set out in the Data Processing Addendum.

10. How we protect information

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit and at rest, strict per-account data isolation, access controls and least-privilege for our staff, hashed passwords, and logging and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and any regulator of a qualifying breach as the law requires.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights over your personal information:

EEA/UK residents. You have the rights above under the GDPR / UK GDPR and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA you have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we do not use sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics. You may exercise your rights using the contact details below; an authorised agent may act for you with proof of authorisation.

To exercise any right, contact support@autonomerlyai.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe the law requires. Account holders can also export or delete most data directly in the application.

12. Tenants, owners, and others in your account

If you are a tenant, property owner, vendor, or applicant whose information a property manager has loaded into Autonomerly, that manager is the controller of your data and decides how it is used. Please direct access, correction, and deletion requests to them; we will support them in responding. We handle that information only to provide the Service to the manager and as described in this policy.

13. Children's privacy

The Service is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Third-party sites and services

Our website and app may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example payment, telephony, mapping, or e-signature providers). Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours. We encourage you to review them.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service and the law evolve. If we make a material change we will update the date above and, where we are the controller, notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.

16. Contact and complaints

Questions, requests, or complaints about your privacy: support@autonomerlyai.com, in-app Help & Support, or reply to any email we've sent you. If you're in the EEA or UK and we can't resolve your concern, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
